Slope control:
SV ramp rate: Setting range: 0~3000, units: 0.1°C
Manual switching:
A. Control mode transfer: Configured value can be set as 0: automatic, 1: manual
B. % OUTx power (Manual): Setting range: 0~1000, units: 0.1%
