Sequential control process:
Step 1: Initial setting for Capture function when O100 is activated to set ON M1002:
(1) D0 = 0 Æ Specify the number of the starting set. n = 0 indicates the first set.
(2) D1 = 0
(3) D20 = 6 Æ Set up data length for TO instruction: 6 words, 1 set of data for Capture function
(4) D60 = 6 Æ Set up data length for FROM instruction: 6 words, 1 set of data for Capture function.
Step 2: Set M1. Specify the data for Capture function in control registers and data registers.
