Conditions That Affect Use
Once Sharing is established, make sure the Share settings
on the receiver, Sharer’s smart device and Follower’s
smart device are not altered. Make sure the Sharer’s smart
device and Follower’s smart device are charged. Make sure
the Sharer’s smart device has a Bluetooth and Internet
connection. Make sure the Follower’s smart device has
an Internet connection in order to receive data from their
Sharer. Dexcom
®
recommends charging both the smart
device and receiver with Share when Sharing.
