Sharing Checklist
Follow these requirements to share:
1. Make sure your smart device is compatible
with the Dexcom Share2 app. See
dexcom.com/share2-compatibility for details.
2. The Dexcom Share2 app is open or running in
the background.
3. Sharer’s smart device has an active Internet connection,
either Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, or LTE. The Sharer can check to
see if the Internet connection is working by trying to
open a web page on the Sharer’s smart device.
4. Sharer’s smart device has Airplane Mode turned off.
5. Sharer’s smart device sound is on in order to hear
notications.
6. Sharer’s smart device is sufciently charged or charging.
7. Sharer’s smart device is within 15 feet of the receiver.
8. Sharer’s smart device has 35MB of available memory.
9. Refer to the smart device user manual for further
instructions.
