Status Bar Status
Description
Troubleshooting
This status bar
means there is an
issue with:
• The Sharer’s
CGM data
• The receiver with
Share
The Sharer should
make sure:
• There is a glucose
reading on the
receiver
• Transmitter is in
range of the receiver
The Sharer should
allow up to 10
minutes for their
status tab to turn
green. If the Sharer
continues to see
this status, the
Sharer should select
“Shutdown” on the
receiver and then
turn it back on.
