ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS – BENCH TOP and TOOL PANEL

Note: The bench top and tool panel kit is designed to fit within a 1500 x 500mm bay.
A. Assemble the components in numeric order as they appear above.
B. Position the beams (1) to give a comfortable working height for the bench top (3).
C. The bench top locks (2) should be positioned as close to the rear corners as possible
and each secured with a 4.8x7 SST rivet into either of the holes in the upright web.
D. Beams (4), (5), and (6) should be positioned at the heights indicated.
E. The bottom of the side returns on the lower tool panel (7) fit over the … hooks on beam
(4).
F. When installing two or more panels (7)+(8) within the height each pair of panels should
be bolted together with two M5x16mm long screws with M5 9mm square nuts (9). Bolt
the panels together before lifting the combined unit into position.
