ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS – DOOR SETS
A. Position the top and bottom pieces by sliding them over the front edge of the respective
top and bottom shelves. The angle bracket on the front face of each piece is always
positioned to the right hand side.
B. Secure each piece with two black expanding fixings. These fixings pass through the
first and last holes and into the corner holes on the top face of the shelf. Once through
both pieces of material the stem of the fixing is struck with a soft hammer to expand the
fingers, thus securing the top and bottom pieces.
C. Hang the door leaves, positioning the hinges into the housings at either end of the top
and bottom pieces.
D. Secure the top shelf with a baseplate fitted into the top of each upright.
E. The right hand door is supplied pre-assembled with lock, locking rods and handle.
