Setting up the Machine

8.4 Setting the cooling water supply

Set the cooling water supply hose for the grinding task. Set the

cooling water supply so that sufficient water reaches the grinding

wheel and the hose does not impede the grinding process.

1 Set the On/Off switch for the abrasives to position 0 (OFF).

2 Set the On/Off switch for the cooling water to position I (ON).

3 Close the valve [2].

4 Set the hose [1] so that the water can run onto the grinding

stone without impeding the grinding process.

5 Open the valve again and check the result of the adjustments.

6 Set the On/Off switch for the abrasives to position I (ON).
