Off Power is off.

Blinking
ADSL handshaking process is on or ADSL
line unplugged.
Internet
Green
On Internet connection is established.
Blinking Data is being transmitted or received.
Off Device is not connected to internet.
Red On
PPPoE/PPPoA username-password not set
or wrong.
