5) Send the configuration to the COIN BOX (button “Write”)
6) Test the configuration positioning in the TAB “Hardware” enabling the section Test Value
Try the introduction of the coin
The COIN BOX works from default by euro
In order to use the coin box it is necessary to configure the parameters which are found in the COIN protocol:
SEtuP >> SEriAL >> CoM PC >> ProroC >> Coin if the coin box is connected on the COM PC
SEtuP >> SEriAL >> CoMAuX >> ProroC >> Coin if the coin box is connected on the COM AUX.
By choosing this protocol one can set the following parameters:
<< PriCE.d >> DECIMALS PRICE: number of decimals of the price (up to 5). FOR EXAMPLE: with the euro it is necessary
to set 2 decimals: 0,54 €/Kg.
<<SYMboL >> DISPLAY SYMBOL CURRENCY: character setted with the relative ASCII code that will be the symbol of the
coin. € has the code 128, space has the code 032.
<< bAnd1 >> BANDS 1 WEIGHT/PRICE: threshold for setting a price for the first weight range.
<< bAnd2 >> BANDS 2 WEIGHT/PRICE: threshold for setting a price for the second weight range.
