Fault Message 1300- Cassette Open
Description The printer will not calibrate.
Possible
Causes
The Printer Cassette is not closed correctly.
The cassette closed micro switch is faulty.
Remedial
Action
Ensure that the cassette is engaged with the printer body
and close the cassette locking lever.
Use the diagnostics screen to check the cassette closed
micro switch input.
Fault Message 1301 - 1305 User Defined Faults
Description User Defined Faults
Possible
Causes
These faults are raised via the Flex I/O inputs
Remedial
Action
Fault Message 1306- Prnt Go while Allocation Complete
Description The printer has stopped printing.
Possible
Causes
The allocation limit for the number of prints has been
reached. The number of prints required is set when the job is
selected.
Remedial
Action
Clear the allocation. Select a new job or update the current
job.
