Set over-range fault level
Enables a signal above 20mA to trip the fault alarm. The over-range fault level can be set
to 20.5mA to 23.5mA in 0.1mA steps, or set to OFF.
To ensure that a short circuit between 24V and the 4-20mA signal from the
transmitter indicates a fault, as required by EN 60079-29-1, do not set to OFF.

Alarm hysteresis can be set from 0 to 5% of FSD in 0.5% steps.
