• When programming a JOB in

Message Status and Solution
The card width is smaller than
minimum spec 48mm.
There is a possibility that the job
fails.
Status: The slit positions that make a fi nished width shorter
than 48.0 mm are entered. If a JOB with a fi nished
width of 48.0 mm is processed, a document jam
may occur.
Solution: To continue to process the JOB, re-enter values
for a fi nished product.
The gutter slit wastes come out
on the stacker.
Status: The slitters allocations disable the gutter defl ector to
drop gutter slits.
Solution: Although you can continue to process the JOB,
the gutter slits are not ejected to the waste box but
come out on the exit tray.
The gutter slit width is less than
5mm. The gutter slit wastes come
out on the stacker.
Status: The slit positions that make a gutter slit width shorter
than 5.0 mm are entered.
Solution: Re-enter values for slit positions so that the gutter
slit width is 5.0 mm or more.
The selected slitter allocation are
not recommended.

out of the range of 55.1 to 60.0 mm or 95.1 to
100.0 mm.
The last cut is within 60mm from
the trail edge. The last card
cannot be fi nished and sent to the
waste box.
