20. Maintenance

The maintenance of the special sewing machine may only be
conducted with the machine turned off.
The maintenance tasks to be conducted daily and weekly by the
operating personnel of the s pecial sewing machine (cleaning and oiling)
are described in Part 1: Operating Instructions. They are included in the
following table only for the sake of completeness.

The oil should be changed after the first 500 hours of operation.
The oil is to be changed every 2 years, independent of the number of
hours of operation.
