Only the flowrate can be modified directly by pressing key FLOW in initialization phase and
other steps. When setting FLOW CONTROL – ENABLE alteration made is applies only to given
step and is not saved into the program. The following step runs according to program setting.
All parameters are modified in menu item Menu/Control/Program setup/Edit program directly
during running program or it is possible to hold the program prior to the modifications.
Note: We recommend holding the running program by pressing key PUMP.
It is possible to make modifications in the initialization phase, in not-started step, in running
step and in passed step. When leaving the modifiec program by pressing key ESC you will be
asked whether to save changes or not. After saving changes you will see this menu:
Saved changes are applied to running program.
Program concludes according to new setting.
Program does not have to be reloaded.
Saved changes are not applied to running
program. Program concludes according to
original setting. By reloading the program in
menu item LOAD PROGRAM the changes are
applied.
Note: We do not recommend to combine saving changes with and without modifications
of running program.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SOME MODIFICATIONS OF RUNNING STEP
Moving start time of subsequent step shortens/lengthens the time of
running step. This motion does not change final value of gradient
concentration of running step.
Flowrate modification does not influence the speed of gradient
concentration change.
Modification of gradient concentration is done by concentration change
of each valve in subsequent step.
After adjustment from ENABLE to DISABLE, the program keeps flowrate
value before this change and in TIME TABLE displays in column Flow - -.
Removing and adding valves is possible. % of valve concentration should
be always set to total sum of 100%. After leaving the menu item, check the
TIME TABLE. When modifying this item uncoordinatedly, it may happen
that in TIME TABLE is set 100% for one valve and 0% for other valves in all
steps.
