Loosen capillary on the holder of
outlet check valve using a side
wrench 1/4" and slightly bend it.
Eventually dismount entire
connecting capillary.
For exchange of outlet check
valve, unscrew the holder of outlet
check valve using a side wrench
5/16" (8 mm).
After replacement of checkvalves, steps for mounting are the same as for dismounting, only
in reverse order. Tight al screws strongly and after starting the pump, check all connections for any
leakage.
In unit menu item Menu/Service/Parts replacement/Check valves tick the valve that
has been replaced.
INLET – inlet check valve
OUTLET – outlet check valve
Follow by selecting CONTINUE. Press ENTER to confirm valve replacement. This way the
operating counters zeroize in Menu/Info/Parts/Check valves.
Caution: After replacing check valves, purge/degass the unit.
