HiVol 3000 User manual 1.7 Introduction

1.5.10 Temperature sensor

The HiVol 3000 temperature sensor is located within the chassis and

plugs directly into the entry tube. The temperature sensor measures the

temperature of the gas flow, using them for volumetric flow control.
