3.1.2.17 MPS Version Control for OS
This field is used to select the MPS version that the system
board is using.
3.1.2.18 OS Select for DRAM > 64MB
Select the “OS2” option only if the system that is running an
OS/2 operating system has greater than 64MB RAM.
3.1.2.19 HDD S.M.A.R.T. Capability
The system board supports SMART (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and
Reporting Technology) hard drives. SMART is a reliability predic-
tion technology for ATA/IDE and SCSI drives. The drive will pro-
vide sufficient notice to the system or user to backup data prior
to the drive’s failure. The default is Disabled. If you are using hard
drives that support S.M.A.R.T., set this field to Enabled. SMART is
supported in ATA/33 or later hard drives.
3.1.2.20 Report No FDD For WIN 95
The options are Yes and No.
3.1.2.21 Full Screen Logo Show
This field is applicable only if you want a particular logo to ap-
pear during system boot-up.
Enabled The logo will appear in full screen during system
boot-up.
Disabled The logo will not appear during system boot-up.
3.1.2.22 Small Logo(EPA) Show
Enabled The EPA logo will appear during system boot-up.
Disabled The EPA logo will not appear during system boot-
up.
