HC12 Controlling an ELAN S86A and V85
Figure 2-2 shows an HC12 serially controlling an S86A and a V85 component video matrix
switcher.
The V85’s component video output is routed through the HC12 to a monitor. This allows
component video from multiple sources and the On Screen Display (OSD) of the HC12 to
be viewed on the monitor. Composite video is routed directly from the S86A to a
composite video input of the monitor.
In the ELAN configuration software, program the HC12 to control the S86A and the V85.
