attribute of the serial port tool on the host is consistent with the serial port attribute of the device.
If it is connected to a HID virtual keyboard, then directly connected by a USB cable.
Q: Aiming Light and Illumination are not bright.
A: Check whether the device is powered on.

Permanent command Indicates whether this command requires power-down save
0x08 requires power-down save
0x00 does not require power-down save
Data Indicates parameter data carried by this command
Checksum Check and algorithm: After all the previous data are added and
reversed, take a low byte of 8 bits
