2800:
Overcasting is used to prevent fabrics from raveling at
raw edges. It can be used to finish a hem edge.
Place the edge of the fabric next to the guide of foot
and
sew while guiding the fabric edge along the guide.
6 Guide
CAUTION:
Do not set the stitch width less than 5 when using foot
C ; the needle may hit the foot causing the needle to
bend or break.
