3 READINESS FOR OPERATION
3.1 SWITCHING THE BACKMASTER EB 30

CAUTION!
Condensation due to a change in ambient temperature!
Damage to the control elements.
Make sure that the ambient temperature of the Backmaster is above +4 °C.
3.1.1 SWITCHING ON THE DEVICE
1. Open the operating company's water connection and check whether there is
sufficient water in the tank.
2. Press the
On/Off
key.
The start setting is displayed.
The Backmaster EB 30
MT
/ EB 30 XL
MT
is ready for operation.
3.1.2 SWITCHING OFF THE DEVICE FOR SHORT BREAKS IN OPERATION
1. Press the
On/Off
key.
The touch screen display is extinguished.
2. Close the operating company's water connection.
3. Open the baking chamber door.
3.1.3 MEASURES IN CASE OF A POWER INTERRUPTION OR POWER FAILURE
INFORMATION:
Characteristics of the Backmaster in case of power failure:
The display is extinguished.
The fan wheel stops.
The heater stops.
Close the operating company's water connection.
Open the baking chamber door.
NOTE
When the power supply is restored, the Backmaster runs in standby mode.
Further instructions (continue or cancel baking program) are shown on the
display screen.
