During operation all the baking data of a baking program is stored in an HACCP
(

nalysis and
ritical
ontrol
oints) report. The HACCP report can be
displayed on the device, transferred to an external computer on a USB stick or by
LAN (optional), and analysed and printed using ProConnect.
