6.6 "SECURE" ASC MODE (QUICKMODEASC) AND ASC MODE
(SPECIAL PROGRAM)
INFORMATION:
The two modes QuickModeASC/ASC special program can be used to assign
three single-step baking programs with almost identical program settings to the
three insert levels.
6.6.1 QUICKMODEASC
In the "secure" QuickModeASC the user is prevented from carrying out incorrect
operations which can be of particular interest, e.g. in chain stores.
QuickModeASC has to be activated in the
Settings/Service
menu. Further
operating options are available for service staff and Eloma's trained customer
service department. ASC mode is set, for example by the branch manager. The
branch manager defines the programs & images for the ASC screen before actual
use.
INFORMATION:
If QuickModeASC is activated, only the ASC screen appears when the
device is switched on.
At the end of the last program, the start display for the ASC module
appears.
ASC baking for the three defined baking programs can be continued.
It is impossible to return immediately to full mode.
