3.3 DOOR LATCH, EMERGENCY RELEASE

INFORMATION:

The Backmaster is equipped with an automatic door latch.
The door can be opened during or after operation using the
Open door
sensor
key.
CAUTION!
Skin burns or scalding of the skin and eyes!
As a result of the door opening automatically after or during the baking process.

Wear safety goggles and protective gloves.
NOTE

In case of a fault, power failure or if the devices are without power the door
can simply be opened mechanically.

There is an emergency release underneath the door on the side where the
handle is.

Push the emergency release down. The door springs open.
