10. HACCP
An annular memory can save up to 200 programs. All processing data is recorded continuously
and automatically.
Once a cooking program is terminated with “Start/Stop” or through automatic switch off at program
end, its protocol is stored. The cleaning program Autoclean is also stored.
10.1 Serial Interface – Connecting cable
Protocols may be printed by means of connecting the steamer to a printer capable of printing
at least 40 characters per line. Printer adjustment : 9600, N, 8, 1.
The port for the cable connection is on the right side of the control panel.
