Cable specification
For transmission rates up to 12 Mbit/s, use cable type A according to EN 50170.
• Characteristic impedance: 135 to 165 Ω at a measuring frequency of 3 to 20 MHz
• Cable capacitance: < 30 pF/m
• Wire cross-section: > 0.34 mm

• Wires: twisted pairs, 1x2, 2x2 or 1x4 conductors
• Loop-resistance: 110 Ω/km
• Signal attenuation: < 9 dB over the entire length of the cable segment
• Shielding: copper braided shielding or braided shielding and foil shield
