8. Technical data
Application Process transmitter Universally presettable transformer of current signals from
pressure, level, flow and temperature measurement with
signal monitoring and retransmission.
Operation and
system
construction
Measurement
principle
The connected analogue signals are digitalised and
transformed into engineering units.
Using the basic mathematics operators such as
addition/subtraction/ multiplication a further process value can
be calculated in addition to the two input values. Using digital
analogue convertors two analogue outputs proportional to the
process values are made available as either voltage or current
signals. These can be used for transmission to further
instrumentation or peripheral equipment.
Additionally an LC display and alarm set point relays round off
the system.
