Solving Missing or Low Audio Problems
If there is no sound or the volume is too low, try the following steps until the
problem is solved.
a
Adjust the projector's volume settings using the or button on
the remote control.
b
Check the cable connection between the projector and your video
source.
c
Press the button on the remote control to resume audio if it
was temporarily muted.
d
Check the following settings on your video equipment:
Check your video source to make sure the volume is turned up and
the audio output is set for the correct source.
Set the connected device to PCM output.

If you want to output audio from the projector's speaker, check that the
Sound Output setting is correct in the Sound menu.

If you want to output audio to an external audio device using an HDMI
cable, try the following solutions:
Make sure the HDMI cable is connected to the projector's HDMI2
(eARC/ARC) port.
Make sure the sound is output from the projector's speaker or
Optical Out port.
Set HDMI CEC to On in the Settings menu.
s Settings > HDMI CEC > CEC Control
Set HDMI2 ARC to On in the Settings menu.
s Settings > HDMI CEC > CEC Control
Set Sound Output to ARC (PCM) in the Sound menu.
Make sure you are using an HDMI cable (with Ethernet).

When outputting audio to an external audio device that does not
support HDMI ARC using an HDMI cable, set HDMI CEC to
Off in the Settings menu.

If you want to output audio to an external audio device using an optical
digital audio cable, check that the Sound Output setting is correct in
the Sound menu.

Solving Bluetooth Speaker Mode Problems
If you cannot connect a Bluetooth audio device to the projector, try the
following solutions.
a
Set Bluetooth Speaker Mode to On in the projector's menu.
b
Select Projector from the available Bluetooth device list displayed on
your device.
c
Make sure only one Bluetooth device is connected to the projector.
You cannot connect multiple Bluetooth audio devices to the projector
at the same time.
