the Operation panel.
Operation indicator

Does Intake fan1/2
move?
Does power supply unit
A/B fan move?
Dose Exhaust fan
move?
Press Power switch on the switch
panel pushes down 30 second.
Does AC input voltage is
correct?
AC power is applied on
the interlock switch.
• Remove the power cable.
• Unplug the fast-on tab on
the safety switch.
• Measure the safety switch
resistance.
Replace AC power
