4.2.9.6 Front PE (Paper End) Detector Removal
1. Remove the printer mechanism. (See 4.2.7 "Printer Mechanism Removal".)
2. Remove 2 clips of front PE detector attached to the rear paper guide assembly and
remove the detector.
3. Disconnect the harness from the detector.

4.2.9.7 Front PE (Paper End) Detector Removal
1. Remove the printer mechanism. (See 4.2.7 "Printer Mechanism Removal".)
2. Release 2 clips of rear paper guide assembly attached rear PE detector. (#1 in the figure
below)
3. Remove 2 notches of the rear paper guide assembly attaching the detector to it, slide
the detector toward rear a little, and then remove the detector downward. (#2 in the
figure below)
4. Disconnect the harness from the detector.
