5. Open the document cover, then open the ink cartridge cover. Secure the ink cartridge holder
with tape, as shown below.
6. Close the ink cartridge cover, then close the document cover.
7. Close the paper support and close the output tray.
8. Pack the printer in its original box or one of a similar size using protective material to keep it
from moving inside the box.
9. Keep the printer level during transportation.
If print quality has declined when you print again in a new location, clean
and align the print head.
Note:
Be sure to remove the tape inside the printer and any protective materials before you print.
