Print From Your Computer
After you connect the printer to your computer and install its software, you can print documents
and photos from your computer.
Follow the instructions in these sections for your computer type:
Windows Printing
Mac Printing (Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6)
Mac Printing (Mac OS X 10.4)
Before you print, make sure you installed your software and connected the printer to your
computer; see the Start Here sheet for instructions.
Tip:
It’s a good idea to check for updates to your printer software (see Check for Printer Updates for
instructions).
Also be sure to load paper in the sheet feeder.
Windows Printing
You can print using any Windows
®
printing program. Follow the steps in these sections:
