2. Replace or reinstall the maintenance box or ink pack as indicated on the screen.
Note: If the ink pack installed in the product is broken, incompatible with the product model, or
improperly installed, Epson Status Monitor will not display an accurate ink status.
3. To disable promotional offers, right-click the product icon in the Windows taskbar and select
Monitoring Preferences.
