Replacing Ink Cartridges

Important:
❏ Do not shake the ink cartridges.
❏ Finish ink cartridge replacement promptly. Do not leave the printer with the ink cartridges removed.
1. Do one of the following.
❏ When prompted to replace ink cartridges
Check which ink cartridge needs to be replaced, and then press the OK button. Select Replace now, and
then press the OK button.
❏ When replacing ink cartridges before they are expended
From the home screen, select Menu > Maintenance > Ink Cartridge Replacement, and then press the OK
button.
2. Remove the ink cartridge from its package and then remove only the yellow tape.
3. Remove the cap.
