The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be repair or replacement. In
no event will Erbe be liable for any damages arising out of the loss of use, or any other
incidental or consequential damages.
No person, agent, distributor, dealer, or company is authorized to change or modify
the terms of this warranty.
Disposal
Your product bears a crossed-out garbage can icon (see picture). Meaning: In all EU
countries this product must be disposed of separately in accordance with the national
laws implementing EU Directive 2012/19/EU of 07/04/2012, WEEE.
In non-EU countries the local regulations must be observed.
