A.2 Methanol Extraction Sample Preparation Mode:
The Centurion is capable of automatically pulling methanol extracts out of a sample vial and
performing a 50x dilution. To do methanol extract samples, follow the instructions below.
1. Set the extraction depth of the needle.
2. Go into the Diagnostics screen of the Centurion software.
