28. <click> OK and the Gripper axis can be calibrated. See Figure 4qq.
29. Adjust the vertical height of the gripper so that there is at least a 1 to 2mm space
between the top of the vial and the top of the gripper. Refer to step 10.
30. When this is adjusted <click> Update Calibration. See Figure 4tt for image of
gripper axis.

31. Remove the calibration block from the wash station. Note: This is a user prompt in
