FUEL
Use automotive cleandiesel (class A), which preferably meets 98/70/EEC standard amended by stan- dard
2003/17 or the equivalent EN 590 standard. In Spain RD 1728/1999 applies. For the USA market, it
must meet Grades 1D and 2D of the ASTM D975 standard, in supplies which do not meet these
standards,the sulphur content should never exceed 0.5% mass. In principal, the use of REM type bio diesel or
similar is not recommended. In case of use, the proportion used should not exceed 5% of the fuel mix.
Consult the details included in the instructions for the diesel engine.
SCREW TORQUES
Specify torques for screw junctions using new screws with a friction coefficient ofμ ges= 0.12. Screw junctions
with normal metric thread screws and fin metric thread screws (DIN 13), without grease, for which no actual
specification exists.
