3. Using a 6MM Allen key. Remove the 4 Stem Bolts (A) from the top of the
handlebar Stem and remove the Stem Clamp (B).
4. Lift the handle bars in place and loosely assemble the Stem Bolts and
Stem Clamp to hold the handlebars in place.
5. Position the handlebars at an upright angle. Align the handlebars so they
are parallel to the Front Forks.
