PumpDrivePulleyAlignment
Pumpdrivepulleyalignmentisnecessaryforanyof
thefollowingconditions:
•Theenginemountingboltshavebeenloosenedor
theenginehasbeenmovedorreplaced.
•Thepumppulleyshavebeenloosened,moved,
orreplaced.
•ThePTOpulleyalignmenthasbeenperformed
(seePTODrivePulleyAlignmentsection).
1.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and
removekey.Engageparkingbrake.
2.Loosensetscrewsonbothpumppulleys.
3.Usingastraightedge,aligneachpumppulleywith
theenginepulleybyslidingalongthepumpshaft
(seeFigure35).
4.Re-tightenpulleysetscrewsandrecheck
alignment.
CasterPivotBearings
Pre-LoadAdjustment
Removedustcapfromcasterandtightennyloc
nutuntilwashersareat.Backoff1/4ofaturn
toproperlysetthepre-loadonthebearings.If
disassembled,makesurethespringdiscwashersare
reinstalledasshowninFigure36andFigure37.
