7.4.7. Audio Analysis
This skill analyses audio recordings from rotary equipment like pumps and highlights abnormalities.
Each audio file is presented as an acoustic power spectrogram as shown in this record.
The skill requires Energy Robotics to process a training dataset of at least 1 audio file from defective
equipment and at least 10 audio samples from healthy equipment. The latest audio file can be
compared against healthy and defective equipment. The distance of the analysed spectrogram from
the defective or healthy spectrogram will reveal the degree of deterioration of the equipment.
This similarity plot helps to reveal deviations from healthy samples.
