9.7. Replacing Batteries
To maintain the robot's certification and performance standards, only use batteries supplied by
ExRobotics. Should you encounter any difficulties or find yourself unsure about any step of the
process, please seek assistance from ExRobotics.
By adhering to these safety precautions, you can guarantee a secure and successful battery
replacement procedure. In the event of a short circuit or any electrical issues that arise during the
battery removal process, immediately cease the replacement procedure and contact an ExRobotics
Field Engineer.
9.7.1. Section 1: Preparations
Before starting the battery replacement process, make sure you have the following tools and
materials:
Replacement batteries Calibrated torque wrench Insulated 4mm Cable ties
With 4mm Allen key head hex head screwdriver
Foam strips from Electrical insulating Side cutter Allen keys
ExRobotics tape
