When issues arise with a robot, users can access a knowledge database that contains answers
to many common questions. Alternatively, the user can raise a “ticket” that will initiate a
response from our response teams. These services are available from this screen in the Energy
Robotics’ support portal (Reference 6):
8.5. Software Releases
Energy Robotics can update and upgrade software remotely over the internet. The Customer will be
informed before any significant updates/upgrades so that they can monitor for any issues that may
arise. The ExRobotics account manager will handle any concerns or issues.
