8.3. Deployment Support
ExRobotics and/or a partner are able to provide deployment support that has been proven to
accelerate the first flawless missions. This is especially beneficial for the first robots deployed at a
location. With this support, customers can expect their first flawless mission within a few days of
the robot arriving on location, and to be able independently to programme and execute complex
missions within 3 months. The process is called the “Customer Success Journey” and it’s
summarised in this image:
The process is supported by prompts for each phase of the Customer Success Journey (Reference
4).
8.4. Operating Support
Every customer will be allocated an account manager that will:
▪ Agree the specifications for each robot and the associated support package.
▪ Organise robot deliveries and deployment support until a customer has sufficient experience
to be independent.
▪ Act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
The customer will have access to the account manager’s E-Mail address and mobile phone number.
