Sensor outside
Setting if outside sensors are used:
YES: The Aura 14 measures the outside temperature using the sensor
connected to analog input 4. It can then transmit the measured outside
temperature to other controllers via FNet communication.
NO: The Aura 14 receives the outside temperature from another controller via
Fnet communication.
Extra sensors
Setting if extra sensors are used:
None: No extra sensors
Extra room: Extra room sensor.
Therm. control: Sensor thermal control.
Room & Therm.contr.: Extra room sensor and sensor thermal control.
Extra room (zone): Extra room sensor for zone control. Heating is controlled
based on room sensor, thermal control based on extra room sensor. Ventilation
based on the average temperature.
Calibration value DSR
Setting of the calibration value DSR feedback. Calculate maximum RPM as follows:
50 Hz: RPM = 1,5 * Calibration value
60 Hz: RPM = 1,8 * Calibration value
Calibrate DSR
OK: DRS feedback succesful.
Start: Start calibration.
Active: Calibration is active.
Failed: Calibration failed.
Setting of the calibration DRS feedback status. Start calibration by entering
Start. During the calibration the status is Active. The fan will run at full
speed. After maximum one minute OK or Failed will appear on the display:
Calibration successful: succesful calibration of DRS feedback.
Calibration unsuccessful: This is usually caused by the computer
measuring too few pulses. The DSR feedback may also be unstable
making correct measurement impossible. Try to localise the cause and
repeat the calibration procedure. If this is still impossible, change to
control without DSR feedback. Ensure beforehand that any vortex
damper or air inlets are fully opened. If the controller controls the air
inlet position, the inlets will open during calibration.
Calibration value 1% /
99% ventilation
If triac control is used for ventilation control, set the triac control range here. Fancom
advises always carrying out 1% and 99% calibration, in connection with control
without DSR feedback or an automatic switch from control with DSR feedback to
control without DSR feedback (if DSR feedback fails).
Calibration value 1% ventilation: Set the value and confirm. The fan is running on
the set value for 30 seconds (barely running). The voltage between the fan
connection clamps, between U and V, can also be measured. Set the voltage to
the minimum value accepted by the fan (repeat until the right value is set). In this
case you assume that the user has no DSR feedback or that it is not functioning.
Calibration value 99% ventilation: Set the value and confirm. The fan is just
running on the set value for 30 seconds (full speed). The voltage between the fan
connection clamps, between U and V, can also be measured. Set this voltage to
95% of the mains voltage (repeat until the right value is set).
