Linear drive type DGP(I)(L)-... ( 6 )
With the DGP(I)(L)-... use only:
– Drives of type DGP(I)L-...-...-KF or of type DGP(I)-... with
suitable guide.
– Permitted combinations of drive and valve, drive diam-
eter, drive length and mass loads see “Parameters for the
DGP(I)(L)-...” in chapter 2.
– Drive and measuring system with the same stroke length.
– Drives with bilateral air supply (for good positioning be-
haviour).
S Fit the drive either horizontally or vertically.
S Connect the drive, guide, potentiometer and load in the
direction of mo vement free of play and flush with each
other.
S If required, select a sufficiently large energy supply chain,
in order to minimize the effects of bending forces on the
positioning behaviour.
S Open up completely the adjusting screws for the end
position cushioning (PPV). Do not use restrictors in the
supply air line.
S L ubricate the guide of the drive at the service intervals
specified in the operating instructions for the drive (see
operating instructions for the drive or the guide).
