Aligning the Missing Lid Sensor

The Missing Lid Sensor is mounted on the Centerline Trigger
Bracket, therefore before you align Missing Lid Sensor be certain
the Centerline Trigger Bracket is aligned properly. For more infor-
mation see “Adjusting the Centerline Trigger Bracket Height” on
page 2-7.
1. Turn off the Safety Interlock Switch. For more information see
“The Safety Interlock Switch” on page 2-4.
2. Loosen the bottom jam nut on the Missing Lid Sensor.
3. Center a properly filled and sealed production container in the
inspection tunnel so that it is directly under the Missing Lid
Sensor.
