This makes feeding the tape through the
folder easier.
6. Feed the tape
through the
folder until
the tape is
folded and
under the
presser foot.
7. Lower the presser foot and create a
thread chain by manually rotating the
machine pulley through a couple of
cycles.
8. Run a couple of test bags and check the
stitch and tape folding quality.
ADJUSTMENTS
The tape folding system is designed not to
need adjusting. Questions may be directed
toward the Fischbein Technical Service
Department. (Section 1, Page 3)
6. QUALITY CONTROL
The purpose of this section is to provide
guidance for Quality Control Departments in
determining their own specifications for bag
closures.
STITCH PATTERN TYPES
A. As seen in Illustration 46, this pattern
represents a proper bag closure. The
stitching pattern is both even and
straight. The operator fed the bag top
through the machine at a good rate and
held the bag straight horizontally.

cadena de hilo rotando manualmente la
polea de la máquina un par de ciclos.
8. Ensaye con un par de bolsas de
prueba y revise la calidad de la
puntada y del doblado de cinta.
AJUSTES
El sistema de doblado de cinta está
diseñado para no necesitar ajustes. Sus
preguntas podrán dirigirse al
Departamento de Servicio Técnico de
Fischbein (Sección 1, Página 3).
6. CONTROL DE CALIDAD
El propósito de esta sección es proveer
una guía para los Departamentos de
Control de Calidad en la determinación de
sus propias especificaciones para el
cerrado de bolsas.
TIPOS DE PATRONES DE PUNTADA
A. Como se ve en la ilustración 46, éste
patrón representa un cierre de bolsa
apropiado. El patrón de la puntada es
parejo y derecho. El operario alimenta
la máquina con una buena proporción
de tope de bolsa y la mantiene derecha
horizontalmente.
