3. Press the alternator in the direction of
the thermostat casing.
4. Replace the v-belt.

5. Re-tighten V-belt
The v-belt should only be tightened to
the extent that it can be pushed to the
length of a thumb (approx. 10 mm).
6. Re-tighten the screws above and
below the alternator.
